Will cost $80 per year for just reseting a module or see freeze frame. No free credits or option to watch adv for credits for coding. Stay away.

    Received a faulty product that has a an app just as lousy. Where do I even begin. Other than receiving errors on every step of the way during installation, I come to find out I cannot connect to my vehicle at all. After dozens of tries, and following every guide on the internet, I've given up on this horrid product. I tried connecting the dongle to the app on two different phones, IOS and android. Honestly just a completely terrible user experience. Stay away from this product if you wish to keep your sanity.

    My family has several VWs and Audis, so it was imperative that I have something to code them. I used to have a VCDS but since they are VIN locked, I’ve decided to get an OBDeleven instead. Here are the caveats people should know before purchasing:
    1) The PRO or ULTIMATE versions only come with a 12 months subscription. It isn’t forever. Once your 12 months are up, you need to renew at a fee. Around $50.
    2) Unless you’re only using their “Apps,” you need to get at least their PRO version, or subscribe to the PRO annual plan.
    3) You need “credits” to do anything with their “Apps,” so you can either purchase them or you can login once a day for one credit.
    4) The OBDeleven ecosystem is entirely depending on subscriptions or credit purchases. So this isn’t one of those things you can buy and use it however you wish.
    5) OBDeleven is not as intuitive or user friendly as VCDS or ODIS. But it will get the job done, provided you know what you’re looking for and know where to make the changes.

    All in all, if you have never used this system, it may be daunting. But I do believe that if you have more than 3 VAG cars, it is better to purchase this system than VCDS.

    OMG. Where to start, terrible product overall. Purchased the 1 year pro plan, takes forever to connect to vehicle, freezes every other adaptation performed, have to close the app and connect all over again, no support; no phone number to call, no online chat (no one ever joined my live chat) 24 hour to return a message sent for assistance. Wasted 4 hours of my work life this morning on this terrible product. Hopefully Apple refunds my $90.00 1 year pro plan. Fingers crossed. Can’t return this product fast enough.
