    I purchased this supplement for post surgery swelling. It was an excellent choice over eating a ton of pineapple or drinking pineapple juice. I already had to take pills after surgery so it was easy and convenient to remember to take. I feel like this helped my swelling, although I don't have anything else to compare to. I'm sure any brand would be similar. I chose this specific one because it is non-gmo and made in Canada! Love supporting Canadian businesses.

    This product is a good product respecting the description, however, not excellent, to be able always to trust it in every situation, despite the food you eat.
    I'm vegan and eat mostly vegetables, so I don't know why this product sometimes worked and other times it didn't.
    I would like to mention, that it is very important to drink plenty of water, which is an important factor in accomplishing great results. Always take a few capsules, at least 15 min before the meal.
    Having said that, Yes, I would recommend this product.
