    Ca fait ce que les BCAA sont supposé de faire , pas plus pas moins ! 33$ pour 500 comprimés est un excellent prix. Par contre selon les instructions il faut seulement en prendre 2 par jours ce qui ne donnerait rien dutout , ca en prend au moins 5000mg par jours les journées d'entrainement et 3000mg les journée de repos ,donc 10 comprimés ou 6 comprimés. Moi je les prend en pre-workout ca reduit l'effet catabolique (fatigue) et aide a la recupération apres le W-O.
