Easy to swallow

Easy to swallow
It is not easy to evaluate the benefits of supplements objectively. In addition, supplements like these can also have varying efficacy on different people, so I will not get into this one's effectiveness or claimed benefits. L-Theanine is often credited for its benefits of relaxation as well as alertness. Recently, it is often used along with caffeine, believed to reduce the jitters from the caffeine and to contribute to alertness. So it might be a good idea to take it along with your dose of caffeine. But as I said, its benefits and efficacy depends on the person, as its intended use can. The capsules are of decent size and easy to swallow. You can see a size comparison in the photo with a capsule next to a One-A-Day tablet. It does not have any smell or aftertaste, but the bottle does have a little bit of an interesting smell; nothing terrible though, and only if you specifically smell the inside of the bottle. Each capsule is stated to have 250mg L-Theanine. This seems like a standard as all three different L-Theanine products have the same dosage per capsule. Although such supplements do not have a daily recommended dose, what is recommended on the bottle is one capsule per day, so this bottle of 150 should last you 5 months. At the price of $25 CAD at the time of writing, its monthly cost of use is negligible. Overall, I have no complaints regarding the product, but I cannot confirm its claimed benefits or efficacy. I see no reason to cut any stars from my rating.

    I started taking L-Theanine mainly to help with the jittery feeling I’d get after taking pre-workout, and it’s honestly been a game changer. About 30-45 minutes after taking it, I feel noticeably calmer and more level-headed—without losing the energy or focus from my pre. It smooths everything out and helps me stay locked in during my workouts without the anxious edge. Ive taken this supplement before with other brands but they haven't work as well as from nutravonic so i highly recommend this product. What surprised me even more is how much it helps at night too. I’ve been taking another dose before bed and it really helps my mind wind down and fall asleep easier, especially on days I train late or have caffeine still in my system. Overall, it’s been a simple but super effective addition to my routine.
