These pots are sturdy enough to not crack or break easily but flexible enough to squeeze so you can get the potting soil out of them once you need to repot. They make it easier to see my plants' root system so I can observe root health and also see the dryness/moisture level of the soil. The drainage holes are large enough to let water freely flow out to prevent root rot, but small enough to keep the soil inside. Great clear pots.

As a gardener of many years, I usually just put seeds directly in the ground or reuse pots from past plantings. This set of clear plastic pots came to my attention and I was excited to give them a try. Simple and easy to use. I make sure there are drain holes, fill with good soil and poke seeds in. Being able to see how much water is in the pot and how the roots are doing is genius. I high recommend this method.

I purchased the Auriikoop Clear Nursery Pots primarily for propagating a few plants from seeds and cuttings. The set includes 15 pots in three sizes—3.5, 4, and 5 inches. While they looked quite practical in the product photos, the actual pots turned out to be significantly smaller than expected. I recommend double-checking the dimensions with a ruler before purchasing to avoid any surprises.

In terms of build quality, they’re fairly average. The plastic is lightweight and flexible, which unfortunately means they crush easily under even mild pressure. They may not last beyond one growing season, especially if handled frequently.

That said, the transparency of these pots is a definite advantage. It allows for easy monitoring of root development, soil moisture, and water levels—making them quite useful for beginners or for classroom and indoor propagation projects.

However, at a price point of $9.99 for the 15-pack, the value feels a bit steep considering the material's fragility. If durability is important to you, you might want to consider sturdier options.

I love these clear plastic nursery pots. I'm a little obsessed with plants and have well over 200 houseplants. I need to re-pot often so I like to keep many sizes of these clear plastic pots on hand at all times. I prefer these clear pots because you can just pot your plants in them and then put that INSIDE a decorative pot, then you can pull the pot out at any time to water, check on root health/growth, moisture levels, bugs, etc.
