Each capsule contains:Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 1mg, Folate (as Folic Acid) 200mcg, Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 30mcg, Zinc (from L-OptiZinc: Zinc L-Methionine Complex) 12.5mg, Selenium (from L-Selenomethionine) 25mcg, Copper 500mcg, L-Tyrosine 500mg, Iodine (from Potassium Iodide) 112.5mcg, Guggul (Commiphora wightii (Gum Resin) 37.5mg, (Standardized to contain 2.5% Guggulesterones)Ashwaganda Root (Withania somnifera) 25mg, (Standardized to min. 2.5% Withanolides)Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica.

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or during periods of physical stress. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. For occasional use only.
