2 of 3 bottles have leaked inside the box, the paper cups are very squished. Extremely disappointed in this. Tried doing a return/refund and it’s not eligible so now I’m left with sticky partially full bottles

    The machine processes the ice chips really fast which is good because it gets noisy, and the ice chips are nice and small. The machine is quite sturdy and rather large - about twice the size of a coffee machine so you need to make sure you have the counter space.

    Overall, it’s a good product, well packaged for transportation and we were provided with an extra blade - don’t know yet on the frequency for changing the blade.
