Takes a little bit of time to fill a 16oz cup, but hey, walk away as your cup is filling and grab a cookie to go along with your tea.     I really like this product. It’s less than a month that we’ve been using this and so far so good.

    I like the fact that water is not kept boiled but boiled/heated when needed.
    It is really attractive with the color combination.
    It is sleek and small enough compared to my other Asian brands; not that there was anything wrong with that brand.

    The water comes out with a slower stream which in a way confers safety when you have little kids around.

    It has light touch buttons on the top for operation. The temperature is marked in degrees Fahrenheit. Personally I’d prefer it in Celsius (but that’s first world problems).

    It splashes a bit on the device a little, but it’s easy to wipe clean.

    The canister is a refillable plastic container to store the water for use. Personally I do not fill it all the way, just to prevent water from standing still and building up mold.

    It certainly makes our day easy.

    I have nothing bad to say about this product.

    It’s an electric product and like all electric appliances, there’s bound to be a day that it will stop working. There’s definitely more pros than cons with this product.

    I’ve been using this product for the past month now. I wanted to use it for a while before I gave an honest review. To be honest this is the best thing on my kitchen counter right now. There are three people in my household and during this cold months, we tend to drink a lot more hot beverages so we probably fill our tank Once every other day. I like the fact that it has different temperatures where some recipes fall for a certain temperature water to bloom yeast this makes it much easier. I’ve discovered the trick to getting just a little bit more water if you feel that the 8 ounce might not be enough, but the 12 ounce is too much all you have to do is press the 8 ounce button and let it run to however, much you need and then press it again to stop. Most of the time we run at the 212°F for our coffee and teas. I like not having to wait for water to heat up however, the water does not retain the heat as much as boiled water does. But this just makes it drinkable on the spot as opposed to waiting for your drinks to cool down so that you can actually enjoy them. I would recommend this to anybody who would like to have hot water on demand it’s actually a game changer
