Can I connect headphones to the PRE-OUT jack?

No. The PRE-OUT is a line-level output meant for active subwoofers, powered speakers or an additional amplifier – it does not support headphones. You would need a separate headphone amp to drive headphones.
Why is there no sound from Bluetooth when an AUX cable is connected?

The amplifier automatically prioritizes the 3.5mm AUX input when something is plugged in. If an AUX cable is connected, it will override (mute) the Bluetooth input. Simply unplug the AUX cable to use the Bluetooth wireless mode.
Does this mini amp really output 100W + 100W per channel?

With the right power source, yes. 100W×2 is the maximum output achieved using a 24V/8A power supply. The included 19V adapter provides around 30W per channel, which is still plenty loud for most home speakers.
Can I use this amplifier in my car or on a motorcycle?

Yes. It supports DC9–24V input. A standard 12V car or motorcycle battery will power it with no issues. The small size makes it easy to install in a vehicle, and its robust design with built-in protection can handle bumps and vibrations on the road.
Does the amp come with a power supply and all necessary cables?

Yes – everything you need is included. The NS-01G MAX comes with a 19V DC power adapter, a 3.5mm AUX audio cable, a 3.5mm-to-RCA adapter cable, and a user manual. You can start using it right out of the box without buying any extra accessories.
