System has been fully tested and it working, all covers (under the system are there) and all buttons on the System and Controller have been tested and are working. Common Gamecube Issues; Can't read overly scratched or dirty discs, eject button poorly sized making them more prone to sticking and yellowing on the front port panel. These issues have been tested (with a terribly scratched disc) and by testing the eject button 50+ times both with success rates we find to warrant this condition any questions just ask. Controller is always in Matching or Better Condition (No one wants a crappy non-original joystick!!!!)

The GameCube came with all its original cables, and it works. However it did arrive with a fake controller, that works but it’s not Nintendo and it doesn’t have the same feel, buttons are stiff and hard to press. Will need to look for Nintendo controllers elsewhere.

    They gave me a controller with some pretty bad buttons on it. The B and X button feels like someone stuck a sponge under them and the R button feels like it's scraping against something and it gets stuck. Honestly, test things before you sell them please.

    The picture is 100% misleading and they should use an accurate one. You don't get a silver controller that matches the console, and you don't get the original gamecube box or the manual either. It is okay to offer the bundle without these things.... the issue is misleading advertising and trying to trick customers. That is very sad. Extremely unimpressed with this, and 鶹 should take note to remove false advertising.

    Nonetheless; the console and controller were evidently never cleaned (ever) - it is really disgusting. It was not detailed professionally for sale. Expect it to be infested with bacteria, but the console and the controller to be very good condition otherwise. Super, super grossed out but I cleaned everything well.

    The console runs like a dream but the controller that came with it was completely busted. I had to open it up, clean it out, perform work on it, and completely replace the joystick which involved me having to spend more money on shipping and buying replacement items that should have been functioning properly when I bought this console. If I wanted to reconstruct the controller myself I would have saved myself the money and bought one separate from the console, which I practically had to do when you add up the cost in reparations and part replacements I had to do to get a functioning controller out of what was sent to me.

    Furthermore the advertising photo showcases the console, av chord, adapter, one controller, a copy of Luigi's Mansion, and a memory card. I got a small portion of what I paid for when you consider that the memory card and game were completely absent and I had to invest more time and money to buy parts to open up and fix the one controller it came with myself.

    Deplorable. You should be ashamed of shipping out damaged products and advertising the, as if they are usable and to also falsely advertise items that you did not even include in the package with the console.

    The GameCube is a great console, with a great variety of games. It apparently doesn't have as good of graphics as the other consoles of this generation, but I think the graphics look fine, plus the great games make up for it. If you're a fan of the classic Nintendo games, like "Metroid", "The Legend of Zelda", or "Super Mario", then this may be a better console for you than the competing consoles. (If you are a fan of RPG's like "Final Fantasy", the GameCube has little to offer there. In that case, consider the PlayStation 2 or the more current PlayStation 3.)
    The GameCube also has accessories that you can buy that allow it to play Game Boy games or that connect it to the Game Boy Advance so you can access extra features in certain games, such as "Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc" and "The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker".
    I must mention that you can, in theory, just get the Wii to play GameCube games now. The only problem here is that the Wii does sometimes have issues with GameCube memory cards. My Wii won't read the memory cards, and I hear many others have that problem, so I still need my GameCube for those games.
    There are a few issues I have with the GameCube, but nothing major. For one thing, you must turn it off in order to switch disks, which is a little annoying, since the other consoles can be left on.
    Also, the smaller memory cards can't fit too much. All my PS2 games fit on one memory card, but my GameCube games are scattered across several memory cards, and I lose track of what is where. I would definitely suggest not buying the small 59 block memory card. And the huge ones and the third party ones are more likely to have problems. I never had a problem with my 1019 block Nyko memory card, but sometimes, the other third party ones I have need to be formatted. I always got away with not formatting them, but if you do have to format the memory card, you'll lose all your data. Probably the Nintendo 251 block memory cards would be your best bet.
    Also, the GameCube disks are smaller, which means that if they get scratched or dirty, they are more likely to have issues than regular disks that are in the same condition.
    The GameCube also has no way to connect to the Internet and will not play music CD's or movies. This is not a problem for me, but it might be for other people.
    The GameCube may be behind the other consoles of this generation in a few areas, but in terms of actual games, the GameCube is a great console. I have so many fun games for this console, so it absolutely doesn't matter to me that the graphics aren't quite as good or I can't play movies. I bought the GameCube because I am a Nintendo fan, and I was not disappointed.

    Works perfectly, I play super Mario sunshine and sims all the time! And yes, it's cheaper to buy the GameCube and the game than to try to buy the bundle pack, I checked for multiple game bundles.
    Mine came with all the cables and a controller but I had to purchase a memory card(non name brand ones are only like 8 dollars) but each seller is different so check the description of the individual item, I had to look through a lot before I found one in the condition I wanted and with all the cords and stuff.you might have to check other colors too, I originally wanted indigo but it was more than I was willing to pay. Overall it's one of my favorite systems I own, definitely on par with my ps2 and way better than my Xbox 1, nostalgia factor is a huge bonus for me :) some of the games can be a bit pricy, but no more than my Xbox 360 games if I really shop around and check different sites, and the graphics are great! Definitely an improvement from other systems released at the same time or earlier(obviously lol) a fun purchase and best of all, the cords are too thick for my cat to want to chew them so I don't have to pack it up after I'm done playing every time(I play almost daily so this is a hassle for things like handheld systems with thinner cords) and it's nice and sturdy, I feel comfortable letting my roommates 6 and 8 year old siblings play when they visit.
