I purchased the Ninja Blender, Blast Max with high hopes, lured in by its promises of handling ice and frozen fruit with ease. For a while, it did perform well, delivering smooth smoothies and crushed ice as advertised. However, this honeymoon phase was short-lived.

After a few months of regular use, the motor began to struggle and eventually burned out. This was quite a disappointment, especially since the blender is marketed as a heavy-duty appliance capable of handling tough jobs.

Moreover, blending supplement powders proved to be problematic. The blender would often struggle to incorporate these into the mix, resulting in uneven smoothies.

If your regular smoothie ingredients include ice, frozen fruit, or supplement powders, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The Ninja Blender, Blast Max may be a decent option for light use, but it's not built to withstand the demands of a smoothie enthusiast.

While the Ninja Blender, Blast Max started off strong, its inability to handle heavy use and certain ingredients makes it a less than ideal choice for the long haul. Save your money and invest in a blender that can truly handle the task at hand.
