Absolutely love this Ninja product. If you’ve ever been to Naples or had a Napoli style pizza you will LOVE this product! It cooks a wood fired pizza at 700 degrees. Thin and crispy. I like my edges really brown so I cooked it one minute longer. be aware, although it cooks the pizza in 3 minutes it takes a long time (at least 25 minutes) to get to temperature. So worth it for the final product. Just requires some planning ahead it you’re making your own dough. We’ve also done whole fish at a lower temp with smoke (incredible). Provides just the right amount of smoke. Next up is smoked duck! Note: you do not need to use the smoker to reach high temps. It’s still an amazing product even if you don’t like smoke.
