Works great so far although I haven't tried all the options. My bread toasts evenly and quickly. It is very silent but when the air fryer is on, the fan is quite noisy. I've been told it's the same for all air fryers. I love that I can cook two different things at the same time because I've often had this problem of having to wait for one thing to cook before doing the other. I hope it lasts long. I recommend to do as instructed and to turn the ovens on for 25 mins without food before first use because the residual odour from manufacturing and packaging is quite strong.

    I received the Ninja DCT402BK Double Oven very well packaged with everything protected. Great care was taken to ensure the oven was not damaged during shipping. No scratches, etc. Pristine condition.

    The unit is very well built. Solid as a tank. I wouldn't mind it being heavier, as it tends to move a bit on my counter opening the door, but that's just the poor friction on my own counter surface.

    However, it is VERY disappointing to learn (after unpackaging everything) that a roast tray is NOT included! Roasting is a key use case of this product. See the snippet I've included from the manual - you must buy the roasting tray separately. Ninja, it seems like you're nickel and diming us here Ninja after buying a $400 unit. But that's not even the biggest frustration!

    The major frustration is that the roaster tray is not available to purchase from the Canadian website! You have to go to the American website. Two options are available, P/Ns 111SH200 and 115SH200, with the latter being the 'premium' option. Under $99, there's a $10 shipping fee, and Canadians have to pay a $31CAD surcharge!

    So, Ninja, as a Canadian customer who purchased this unit and was excited to use it for roasting, I have to ask, what the hell were you thinking? Were you thinking? You don't include the roaster tray in the box, and then want to charge $68 for a Canadian to get one?!? Huh?

    The advertising indicates roasting as a key feature, yet they don't include a roasting tray, and it is very expensive to acquire from the US site as a Canadian. This is extremely disappointing. I am seriously considering going through the hassle to repackage everything and return. All because Ninja nickel and dimed over a roasting tray, and makes it expensive to acquire, after advertising this as a key use case.

    Way to compromise an otherwise very well-designed product.

    EDIT 2/8/2024: The roast tray P/N for the double oven is actually XSKRSTTRAY. I called Ninja Canada and they shipped it to me for $45 CAD vs. approximately 78 CAD if you order through the US website. Still a hassle to sort this out.     Only had this oven a short time but already feel I can't be without it. I've made toast, baked a pie and grilled cheese sandwiches in it.
    Toast comes out very crispy and cooked on number 3, it came out just the right color for our tastes. The only problem was the grilled cheese sandwiches. The cheese dropped onto the burners and baked on them. I had a hard time cleaning it off. It took elbow grease and a lot of it but eventually they cleaned up like new.
    The unit is not as big as I had thought, but it does take up a fair bit of room on the countertop. That said, it is a well made, attractive piece of equipment and I'm sure a valued addition to my kitchen.

    I am most pleased with the new Air Fry oven. Although I am still experimenting, as I have not had it very long, I am happy with the food it has produced. Every new piece of equipment has a learning curve, but this has been an easy one. The recipes I cooked in my old air fryer oven work just as well in this one. The more I use the Ninja Double Oven, the more I like it.

    I really like the look of this Ninja toaster oven/air fryer. I haven't used it alot yet but it cooks things pretty fast. The toast I put on #2 no matter how many slices bc when I do a higher number, it burnt my toast. However,the performance is great! I made meatloaf on conv.oven, 400 for 40 minutes (in a bread pan and covered with foil) and it came out so moist and the taste was amazing! My flounder came out great cooking in this oven too. We did chicken legs on air fryer and boy, moist ,tender and very tasty. They all came out better than using my big oven. It's easy to understand and MUCH easier to clean then my other toaster oven/air fryer. I can't wait to cook more food in this little oven. The knobs on mine don't get hot to the touch like some people said on the reviews but the top of it gets hot but so did all my other ones. When I use the top it is a little noisy but not bad enough to send back. When using the bottom it is very quiet. All in all, I am VERY HAPPY and EXCITED of this toaster oven/air fryer. Let's don't forget that by using this toaster oven/air fryer instead of our big oven, it saves on our electric bill to. A win,win with this and worth every penny. I got mine on sale on 鶹. They had the exact same one at Kohl's for $350.00. You will NOT be disappointed in this Ninja toaster oven/air fryer. P.S. I haven't used the top/ bottom at the same time yet, but can't wait to try it. The PERFORMANCE is AWESOME. A MUST BUY

    The top oven is awesome, it makes the best toast, broils the best hamburgers, steak and makes great cookies. I bought the broiler pan for it and it is worth every penny. I gave it 4 stars because the air fryer is weak. I've tried everything in it and nothing has been good. It takes way longer than it should. The bottom oven makes good roast and whole chicken. it doesn't due frozen pizza very well. The bottom oven is kind of a waste for me. The big oven is probably more efficient for roasts and chickens.

    Broiler seems a little weak. Upper deck is a PITA to clean, the basket even worse yet. Does great for pizza reheating and frozen foods like fries. It is roomy, taking up substantial counter space.
