    My reservoir was delivered cracked. I was buying stuff for house so as it came I put it in my basement till I moved. I just finally moved in and opened this to find it broken. The outside box was perfectly fine or I would of opened it sooner. Now, the 30 days has passed and I can't return it. My own fault but an expensive lesson learned.

    While it worked, the specialty coffee’s made were great! Six weeks in, the frother stopped working and liquid was leaking into the capsule container. Only worked for 6 weeks!!!! Still waiting on a box to ship it back for repairs. At least a month before I will have a working machine again. told by customer service, since they stopped building the machines in Sweden, the quality is poor and repairs are high. What used to be a dependable machine, is now crap. Don’t waste your money!!

    I've had it for about two weeks and I absolutely love my Nespresso Lattissima Touch! I was on the fence for quite sometime because of the cost, but I honestly can't tell you how much money I've spent on drip coffee machines, various coffee beans, numerous creamers, and/or cold brew over the years to get something that tasted even remotely close to a coffee house drink. None of it was good enough that I actually wanted to drink coffee at home. Espresso machines are both expensive and complicated. Who has time for that in the morning? Not me.

    I considered getting a cheaper Nespresso machine, but wanted to have hot milk based drinks without the hassle of a separate milk frother. After the initial learning curve in which I made a couple drinks that were NOT good, I programmed the creamy latte setting to my exact specifications. Now, all I have to do is turn it on, grab the milk container out of the fridge, hook it up to the machine, insert capsule, push button, and perfect latte. Every time!!!

    Are you on the fence about buying this machine because of cost, but still go to a coffee house on the regular and/or much prefer espresso drinks than your at home drip coffee? Buy it! I've done the numbers and each latte I make averages $1.25 depending on how much syrup I add and the fluctuating cost of milk. I spent $5+ for a latte of this size at a coffee house. Overtime, this machine will literally pay for itself. I'm buying my capsules here on 鶹 (there are subscribe and save options), which makes them a bit cheaper than Nespresso offers.

    I love my Nespresso Lattissima Touch so much that I look forward to getting up in the morning just to have my latte. At home. In my pjs! I also find myself looking forward to getting home ASAP to have another cup. Did I mention I drink coffee like a Gilmore? Pretty sure this thing would be Gilmore approved.

    Where have you been all my life, Nespresso Lattissima Touch? You're true perfection and I am so incredibly thankful I now have you in my life. Nothing like the perfect cup of hot, creamy, caffeinated bliss. Nothing.

    So I am not a coffee person AT ALL. Were talking like 2-3x a year. Not worth buying this right? Well then there is my wife... Dear Lord the Starbucks expense. I told her she may have to do deliveries to fund that habbit of hers. Then there comes this... Okay... It's 鶹.... Can't go wrong if we didn't like it, and I didn't have to drive 45 minutes to a store to look at it, and drive 1hr back in traffic to return it if needed... So YOINK bought it. She got brave and bought one from the manufacturers website too. It had a MEASURING cup marked for milk... (come on really ppl?) for get this $50 more.... I was about to reactivate my WoW account for revenge... So they both arrive. The milk measure one, totally not worth it in my opinion. It did less and had a measuring feature.... Get real here. BUT it did "look nicer", Then there is this one. Like 6-7 different options for crying out loud. Wife gets brave and makes this itty bitty drink of whatever its called. BAM it hit me. This _____ is good... Ok so. I kinda get it. And yes it kept me awake for like another 4 hours. But man this is an expensive habbit. Happy Wife happy Life they say. So I am okay with it I guess. But best believe I am not refilling that bloody Starbucks app again.

    Whatever it is she made it was good, but it was small. It works for sure. I see the garbage can every afternoon with one of those pod things. Sometimes 2 or 4+.

    I really like the machine except for a holdover flaw.. One thing I particularly like is that it dispenses the espresso first followed by the foamed milk. This gives one a CHANCE to mentally respond to the milk spout not being deployed (raised) to dispense the frothed milk INTO the cup rather than shooting it down the side of the milk container which makes a big mess of froth all over the lower part of the machine. Even though the sequence of espresso vs frothed milk is an improvement those of us who USE the machine still tend to get distracted and occasionally forget to raise the milk spot so that the machine makes a big mess like we sometimes experienced with the older model. If Nespresso/Delonghi could design in a feature that would not dispense the frothed milk if the spout is not properly deployed I would consider the machine to be perfect. Cleaning it up after it has dispensed the froth into the ridges of the base under the cup flowing back into the space under the water catch tray under the container into which used coffee capsule are collected is not a pleasant task that takes the joy out of making drinks with foamed milk.

    It seems that the solution of this problem should be well within the capabilities of the engineers who developed the machine and turn it into a perfect rather than a still flawed design!

    I purchased this product used. It arrived with a crushed outer box and a damaged but uncrushed inner box. Upon plugging it in the descale light was illuminated and the frother had little power despite my attempts to clean the frother with the clean button that you hold down. After descaling the unit, the system works good and I am happy with my purchase. While this system cannot compete with my DeLonghi Eletta machine, it is a great compact machine we plan to enjoy while camping. This has been my first day using the unit so we will see how it goes over time.
