Viewing, editing and convert your old photos, no tech savvy necessary! It also permits adjustment of brightness and RGB color balance . This photo&nagetive scanner sports a powerful 22-megapixel sensor that reads every detail contained in your films and slides. You can choose between the standard 14-megapixel scan, or enable the built-in software interpolation, which applies some image magic and ups the quality to an astonishing 22 megapixels.

It scans, and converts images on its own, making it a very portable, accessible solution for digitizing films and slides. Scanning is also very easy and straightforward. Simply load the film or slide onto the negatives or positives holder, respectively. Follow the included instructions to slide the holder into place, and press the "Scan" button when ready. Snap! Your image has been converted and saved to the internal memory or an optional SD card.. Outputs to a 32GB SDHC disk or link to your computer or output to the 8GB SD CARD which is included.

Easy to use

The film & photo scanner has 128MB built-in memory for recording when there is a memory card inserted.,or you can save the digital files to the 8GB SD CARD(included). Save photos directly on SD card, no requirement for computer or software. Better, faster and easier to use than any conventinal.

Easy File Transfer

Once you’ve scanned a film, photos, business card can be saved into any SD card, no need for computer or software. To transfer the digitized photos, simply plug the USB connection cable into any USB port on your PC or Mac and put the scanner in USB transfer mode. It also has a USB power adapter.

Note: The negative scanner has a built-in memory for recording when there is a memory card inserted, it will be the top priority for saving data.

Thoughtful and Convenient Design

The PC board inside the photo and film/ negative scanner is used to carry photos and business cards, please note that it is not fixed, It can be moved. This is for the convenience of cleaning the dust inside the scanner. When you feel that there is dust inside the film scanner that needs to be cleaned, just pick up the PC board and gently wipe the inside with a cleaning cloth(included) to keep your scanner always new.

Do not buy - unless your expectations are extremely low. None of these scanner types produce quality images. Having said that, you still get what you pay for. This one lowers the bar lower than I could have imagined.
Negatives:
1. This thing is HUGE. A lot bigger than it needs to be.
2. Resultant quality lower than even expected.
3. It was packaged with slide and negatives trays. A good thing as most other are not included....BUT, not well engineered. I did not use the negatives tray but the slide tray while appearing well constructed is flimsy when holding the slides. They move around and gravity pulls them down when the tray solidly "clicks" into position when moving the tray. Result, they do not squared up so you will have to adjust the angle in a photo editor BUT, worse, you lose approximately 15% of the bottom when the slide drops below the scanning range..
4. The slide tray is very difficult to open.
5. It comes packaged with a dust brush....would be another good thing as the slides or film might have particles to clean off. Problem is, it added more fibres to the slide than the one it had.
6. The photo scanner on top has a removable plastic screen which, according to reports, scratches easily. I didn't remove the protective shipping film but the plastic is soft and I'm sure the reports are accurate.
7. There is a slider to switch from film/slide scanning to a photograph scanner. It would not slide over. I did not want to break it trying.
8. This unit only connects to the computer for "uploading" the images scanned on the unit. Cannot view the images in process on the computer screen and save directly to computer without this extra step. I found myself "uploading" after every set of 4 slides so that I could judge whether to move on to the next set of 4 or redo some or all (mostly because of the slides moving around in the tray). A lot of time wasted.
9. The user interface is not great but it is a cheaply priced product with a lower degree of quality engineering that went into it.
Positives:
1. Price - but ultimately not really as it does not perform as expected and I will be returning it.

Like most other things people review on �鶹�� or any other marketplace for that matter, they do not knowledgeably expect quality. Most do not know what quality is, so they leave behind glowing reviews that skew the perception of what the real life performance actually is.

Back in my engineering training, one of the first concepts learned was one of the definitions of quality - meeting the requirements. This one did not.
