Alright, beginner photographer here. I just dumped a boatload into purchasing this stand to pair it with my Godox AD600. And it doesn't disappoint. It's firm and solidly built. The height is intense. At its lowest setting, it's at least 6 feet. I'd recommend investing in the sandbags as it does lean forward when there's too much weight on the boom arm. But as long as I adjust the boom arm to be inline with the top base wheel it's fine. Sandbags just add additional security. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

This is an AMAZINGLY sturdy piece of equipment, and the best thing (well, other than its seeming invincibility) is how SMALL the thing breaks down for storage when you're not using it (or even for semi-bulky travel).

The legs fold together flat, even with the wheels attached, and the stand and arm can be positioned and locked parallel and close to each other. The legs swing out and lock themselves in three equidistant positions, but are easily squished back together so they store all together.

It is a little larger, heavier, and more solid than I anticipated, but that's not a bad thing. Great engineering!
