Honestly is pretty easy to install if you have patience and being careful when you disassembling it, you only need a screwdriver bit set make sure they come with torx type, and the instructions for installation depending on your truck model and year come with the screen as well. The technical support are very helpful if you have any problems! MAKE SURE the SIM CARD is 4G compatible because the device accepts 4G only! If you contact your mobile phone carrier and ask them for a extra SIM card plan make sure to tell them that you need something that is compatible with wireless devices no tablets or watches!! But if not you can also HOTSPOT yourself with your own phone and have wifi on the screen as well very cool tho! Having YouTube and Netflix or any other app that you like, also the CarPlay works amazing!! Your not gonna regret believe me!

    This is a nice head unit. It mounts flush and looks like it came in the truck from the factory. I installed this unit in my 2023 RAM 1500 Tradesman, and it's a HUGE upgrade from the Uconnect 3, which was the 5 inch screen. It truly is plug & play. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish to install in the driveway. Apple CarPlay hooked right up wirelessly, the backup camera works like it should and it makes the interior look so much better. I am very pleased with the purchase of this head unit.
