Includes acorbyl palmitate It has been years since I bought it and they have not updated the information all now. I am led to believe this is intentionally to trick you. Sunflower oil compromises mostly of omega-6 fatty acids and minority omega-9. This will counter the benefits of the omega-3. Just why is this necessary? The company is purposefully changing the label when you are not looking. Along with the whole 4 softgels per serving thing, they are really playing the label. Other than that, I cannot deny that I see good benefits from the supplement. I took it to relieve my dry eye, and it worked. My skin and eyes are moisturized and I believe that this would be reducing the inflammation in the body. The EPA/DHA content is the best among brands, so I gave it an overall good review. Also, fyi, they use wild caught fish, which is a big sigh of relief.
