    UPDATE: I stopped taking it for a month and noticed all my nails breaking again and more hair loss. However I also lost 7lbs without changing anything. I am not sure these make you gain weight. I would have to start them again to see. But I can vouch that nails do improve with gummies. Hair as well.

    I have been taking these gummies for about 2 weeks. They taste like candy and you can easily pop more than one. However you only need one. Zinc has been known to cause serious health risks with over consumption.
    I have not seen anything major but I have taken these before and had results. Less shedding with hair and improved nails. Mine are thin dry brittle from anemia. This is a last ditch effort for me to keep me whole. If I have more results I will post.

    Update: nails grow and get thicker, and hair improves.

    Unfortunately for you, I did not take a picture of my postpartum hair loss. WHY? because I couldn't bear to see how all my edges went away. My hair was a mess, so I didn't want to look in the mirror. Therefore, you don't get a benefit of a before and after pic of using this product.
    I can't speak for anybody else. All i know is after using this together with Nature's Bounty HSN for about a month, my edges are back, and I think that's fast. Im now on my second bottle.

    The texture and gelatin taste of these gummies give them a low star rating for me. I like that they don't have sugar alcohols (sorbitol, malitol, etc) because I have a serious sensitivity to them and many gummy vitamins do. But I've had other that taste better and have a better texture.
