    I recently moved from the west coast to the east coast and man, daylight savings has been killing me. It’s staying light out for a really long time and it’s so dark in the morning. My body just can’t seem to wind down when it SHOULD. I previously used a drink that was collagen and melatonin and I thought I could find it here in Canada, but instead I found these.

    I don’t live taking too many different gummy vitamins, but I only take these every now and then. These are certainly useful to have around. They taste decent and work in 30-60 minutes. I just wish there wasn’t corn syrup in the ingredients.

    I generally take more vitamins over the winter due to the lack of local fresh fruits and vegetables not to mention fewer sunny days. I prefer this brand and gummies are soft compared to other brands. Tastes good. May try ordering again with hopes on receiving ones with longer expiry dates.

    I had some expectations for the taste, but my god the weird coconut/palm oil like taste takes away from the berries. Also I didnt realize this but dont take it if you have asthma, everytime i wake up I have a hard time breathing.

    Its quite pricy too,, i had higher hopes for it.

I don't have any problems filling asleep and got these for my dad but it's good to know they work, who knows what's gonna happen in the future right?
