    Vitamin C is water soluble, so it is filtered by the kidneys and excreted very quickly. That means it doesn't hang around your body very long.

    Taking a large dose of Vitamin C can also saturate the active mechanism for absorption of Vitamin C, so that you only absorb maybe 50% of what you take in.

    This timed release preparation aims to solve both of those problems by releasing Vitamin C slowly over 8 hours, which seems like a good idea. If you want to take a Vitamin C supplement, this is a great way of ensuring that you are getting the most out of it.

    The capsules are large, but the surface is quite smooth so they slip down easily with a bit of water.

    This Natural Factor Vitamin C in 1000 mg is a good medicine that supports the building of one's immune system and overall body health. With the consistent taking of this Vitamin C, it helps to fight against cold and the symptoms associated with it.
    I just like the fact that this medicine is time released to work within 8 hours of consumption, which is very good.
    There are 210 easy to swallow tablets in the cup and there are also 30 bonus tablets added to the cup which is great.
    For the size of this medicine, it is a big cup and the price for it is not bad at all.

    These Vitamin C tablets are great! This is my first time using vitamins with a timed-release feature. I find that it keeps my energy up throughout the day. The 1,000 mg dose seems perfect for boosting my immune system, especially with two kids bringing home school germs. The bottle is a great size and will last a long time. Easy to take and no upset stomach or after taste.
