Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablet contains: L-5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed) 200 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, cellulose, carbohydrate gum, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Dosage: Recommended adult dose: All uses: Use for at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start at a lower dose and slowly increase to the effective dose over a 2-week period. For sleep disturbances: 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 60–90 minutes before bedtime.
