Picked these up for a weekend camping trip with the kids and didn’t expect much—mostly thought they'd be cute wristbands. But honestly? These things worked way better than I thought.
They’ve got a light, natural scent (not overpowering or chemical-smelling), and we didn’t get eaten alive like usual. Everyone in the group—kids and adults—wore them, and no complaints about fit. They stretch just enough to be comfy, and no one had any skin issues or irritation.
Style-wise, they look like woven friendship bracelets. Totally wearable in public without looking like you're geared up for bug warfare. My nephew actually asked if he could keep wearing his after we got home because he “likes the vibe.”
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they were individually resealable. Once you open them, they lose their strength after a few days, so plan accordingly.
For the price and quantity, these are a win. Functional, low-maintenance, and surprisingly stylish.

Great idea for natural mosquito bite prevention without strong chemicals
I found these 12 Pcs Natural Braid Bracelets are made from polyurethane like a faux leather and have a strong citronella scent more so than lavender. They are easy to tie with the loop and double strands and stay securely tied. They are very comfortable for all ages as they are quite stretchy. I have sensitive skin and these did not cause any adverse reaction or irritation on my wrist. Perfect for my daily runs and camping/hiking with my dog. I did find it useful to attach to my dog’s collar to provide protection against bite on his neck and head. I liked that it ties easily around my ponytail so repelled bites around my head. The smell is definitely noticeable within a couple of feet but not offensive. I don’t like spraying myself with deet every day so these are great. Good for travel and outdoor activities and they look attractive and fun for summer. They come in a variety of colours to suit many different tastes.

I thought I was ordering jewellery, specifically "Natural Braid Bracelets for Adult Kids Indoor Outdoor Camping Fishing Traveling", but what I got are mosquito repellent bracelets. It says it right on the packaging "Mosquito Repellent Bracelets". It also says "100% Natural Ingredients: Citronella and peppermint oil", and "Caution: Keep out of reach of children when no use".
From the product description, there is mention of mosquito repellents, no mention of citronella and peppermint oil and no mention about the cautionary statement.

This set of Mosquito Repellent Bracelets is fantastic! There are 12 bracelets included in this set. They are adjustable and should fit kid or adult sized wrists. I like the bright, fun colours.
The bracelets smell like citronella and peppermint. A perfect natural way to keep mosquitoes away, without harsh chemicals! Great set!
