    Die Gläser selbst sind wirklich toll – hochwertig verarbeitet, ansprechend im Design und mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben!

    Leider mussten wir die erste Lieferung retournieren, da beim Versand offenbar nicht sorgfältig mit dem Paket umgegangen wurde und die Ware beschädigt ankam. Das ist natürlich ärgerlich, lag aber offensichtlich eher am Versanddienstleister als am Produkt selbst. Der Umtausch über 鶹 verlief – wie gewohnt – absolut unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die zweite Lieferung war dann einwandfrei.

    Insgesamt also ein empfehlenswertes Produkt, bei dem man auf eine sichere Verpackung hoffen muss – aber der Kundenservice funktioniert, falls doch einmal etwas schiefgeht.

    All four wine glasses arrived in great condition, that was a big relief! I’ve been using them 4-5 times a week. They are medium weighted, sturdy and will create rounded sound clinking. I adored the shape and design of these burgundy wine glasses. They were hand washed every time after uses and I had not gotten any issue. Do handle the glasses with care and they’ll last for a long time.

    Really good quality beautiful large red wine glasses, well packaged and all four arrived in tact. These are gorgeous for everyday and special occasion use, won’t be stacking in my dishwasher though as they look too fragile and are larger than normal. Very pleased with purchase, didn’t realise that the make was a subsidiary of Reidel as marked on the box, not surprising as they speak quality, lovely.
