TMG (Trimethylglycine) is known to facilitate methylation processes. Methylation is a normal biological process that is critical for DNA repair, liver detoxification mechanisms, lipid metabolism, and the production of SAMe.     I'm always extremely dubious of most supplements. After watching a couple of Youtube videos extolling the latest studies on TMG and it's potential for muscle building, I thought these were inexpensive enough to test. Two things:
    1) I absolutely feel like I gained muscle in the one month test, and
    2) I was shocked that there was considerably less muscle soreness after workouts. I do not recall this being touted in the videos I watched. This alone was enough reason to try it for another month.
