    I had noticed that anti-dandruff shampoo has zinc in it, dialer rash cream has zinc in it, zinc strips are used in architecture to prevent unwanted growth, and I had wondered if perhaps consuming more zinc would heal my seasonal eczema.
    Every winter, my arms break out. This year I began supplementing with zinc, and I didn't break out! I was super impressed.
    I can even empty one of these capsules into things like smoothies and pasta sauce in order to get my kids a bit of zinc instead of buying the sugary children's version. It's undetectable.
