    I've had these supps for a few months. When I was eating whatever I wanted I found that these helped with the carb & sugar spikes quite a bit as I didn't crash. Now that I've switched to a ketogenic (low carb) diet I find that I'm not craving any breads and sugars. Remember supplements aren't miracle drugs but they do aid when you use them right.
