Worked for repairing a PS2 game
I just used it to repair a used PlayStation 2 game I purchased that wouldn't load. It had some small scratches that potentially looked like they could be deep enough to prevent it from loading. Using the 3 2 1 system, I buffed the worst scratches out. The disc doesn't look perfectly shiny anymore but it did get rid of most of the scratches that looked concerning. I guess I may need to buff it with #2 more to give it a better shine. Despite that, I tried the disc again and it loaded. I played for a bit and the game is working great. I would recommend trying this for disc-based game repair first. It does need strong buffing but it seems to be effective, but of course YMMV depending on how damaged discs are.

    Used this product a bunch of times, I think it's only made for clear plexi with a specific process. I found on coloured plastics not only did it not work - but in some cases severely faded colour after working aggressively with it. Initially I thought it helped a little, but have finally determined I wasted my money on it. I'm not saying the product is junk, just saying I think it's designed for a very specific application. Purchase with caution and research your process. I hate to reduce the review to 3, primarily because it's my ignorance - but I feel the rating will expose these facts better.

    Original Review:
    First off, this product is best used with wet sanding and power buffer process. If you use it like I did (just this product and by hand) you'll get at best mediocre results. I actually feel this product has potential - if you put in the work. Was it worth $40, absolutely not - but I don't regret buying either. Maybe wait for a sale if you're thinking about it. Honestly, even doing it by hand without a power buffer and not using sandpaper first, there were positive results. It really didn't get rid of any scratches you can catch a finger nail on, you need sandpaper for that. But it did hide/eliminate the micro scratches and scuffs and give the plastic a deeper colour as compared with what it looked like prior. Basic automotive wax may have done the same thing I think, although can also harm plastic so I'd rather not try. I strongly believe if I removed the plastic, did a 1500-2000 grit wet sanding then used this product I think results would have been better. But us humans are all lazy, we want a fix in a can with shortest process possible. So I'm not surprised, this product isn't really that.

    I ordered this to restore my headlight lenses back to a shine. It worked well, but does take quite of buffing to bring the clearness of the lenses back. I recommend to start with the number 3 heavy scratch remover. Then use number 2 to work it in some more. Finally use the number 1 polish and it should bring back the original shine. Be prepared to do a lot of buffing, but this will work.

    This didn't work for me at all. I buffed for a while with the one for heavy scratches and didn't notice a difference. If anything, the cream solution sits in the crack making it more noticeable.
