I’m reviewing the “NIUGRECF 1Set Large Wooden Flower Press Kit - Even Pressure Flowers Pressed DIY Arts Set for Making Dried Flower/Plant (11in*7in).”
Sturdy, strong wood. Easy to assemble, but doesn’t come with any instructions. Not quite precision cut/fitted (see photos) but that’s more of an aesthetic issue than functional issue. The paper looks like it was cut by a person (crooked) and is thin (which is usual, I think). One side is shiny (as though there’s a bit of wax, like wax paper) and the other side is exactly like tissue paper (the kind used in gift bags). The cardboard is cardboard, one piece was more dented than the rest upon arrival. The small accessories (scissors, tweezers, X-acto knife and the wire thing) were a nice addition, and it was also appreciated that they included a mini screwdriver.
The centre pressure piece is likely to wear the centre of the engraved wood eventually, but after much use. It would have been nice to have something (like a felt circle sticker) to place on the bottom of the 4 corner screws so they don’t scratch whatever surface the flower press is placed on.
