The MB1 Time Clock is suitable for small and medium-sized business (Up to 200 employees) and it brings smart and convenience to your office manage ment. Fingerprint, face, RFID and password 4 type verification mode. High-speed identification less than 1 second. No need to set up a shift schedule and support overnight work.

You can track and monitor the employee’s attendance to ensure productivity and workflow during the working hours.

You can view the attendance details of the employees and generate statistical reports. The report for all the employees appears one by one.

This automated device greatly reduces the computational errors and transcriptional errors thus facilitating hassle-free attendance calculation.

With the elegant design, the NGTeco time clock marks a new chapter of Time and Attendance machines.

Recommendation for Registering a Face

When registering a face, maintain a distance of 40cm to 80cm between the device and the face.
Be careful not to change your facial expression. (smiling face, drawn face, wink, etc.)
Be careful not to cover the eyes or eyebrows.
Do not wear hats, masks, sunglasses, or eyeglasses.
Be careful not to display two faces on the screen. Register one person at a time.

Improve The Quality of Fingerprint Reads

Always use clean fingers, avoid angled or tilted finger positions for enrollment.
Put your finger belly completely in the middle of the reader.
Do not slide the finger while enrolling it. Put some pressure for 1 second and it will show you the result.
A dry fingerprint would be hard to be recognized, pls panting breathe on your fingerprint to moist it. Then it will be easier to verify.
Note: Please tear off the protective film before use

To enroll the card, press M/OK, The interface to enroll the card number will be displayed as shown below:

T9 Mode

The T9 mode allows you to enter the Uppercase, Lowercase, and Special characters in the text input fields. You can enter the alphabets and special characters by pressing one keystroke per letter.

Same 2.4g WIFI

Within the same 2.4g WIFI network, you can easily setup the device, enroll users, check the record and download the time report through NGTeco Time APP.

Support Overnight Work

No need to set up a shift schedule

When you have an overnight shift, so you can set the cut-off time which is later than the end time of an overnight shift.

Prevent Data Tampering

The Administrator privilege protects the clock against unwanted damage to important configurations and unwanted changes. The Administrator has the privilege to operate all the menus based attendance maintenance.

Power-off Protection

Built-in backup protects the time data (including punch time report and employee details) in the event of power loss. No need to reset the time recorder and never worry about data loss again.

This time clock has almost every option that you could ask for. It can be operated by finger, tag and even facial recognition. I would recommend this for any small business. Larger companies might prefer something that is integrated to their payroll software. The unit is easy to operate and well made. It seems durable and would likely last for a long time.

The combo of face recognition, fingerprint, RFID, and PIN means everyone punches in however they prefer — super flexible and easy to use. Setup was pretty straightforward, especially with the WiFi connection and the app for iOS and Android. The app helps me manage punches and check reports without being glued to a desk. Sometimes the face recognition can be a bit slow if the lighting isn’t great, but overall it’s accurate and reliable. It saves us a ton of time compared to manual timecards.

This time clock system is excellent for small businesses wanting to streamline tracking employee hours. It is nice quality, looks high end, and has both fingerprint reader, a face ID scanner, and an RFID option as well as the usual employee number code option. All of them work properly too (with the fingerprint reader as consistent as my phone fingerprint reader, which is to say like 80%), and it is pretty easy to set up employee fingerprints or face scans as you need.

The system also allows WiFi connection so you can monitor and control everything from either iOS or Android through their app. You can keep an eye on things on the go, even from vacation if you wanted.

The kicker though is that this does not require any kind of monthly subscription or anything, so once you have the device, you are done. So many other options have subscription models now so this is a major plus. One and done, you have an upgraded and modern employee clock system to track everything for up to 400 employees. This is a game changer for growing small businesses.

Facial recognition can take time for it to work as has to be still for it to scan. The fingerprint we noticed was hit or miss with our son as he has dry hands. Pin codes work flawlessly. I can see this being useful for a small business.

• Setup was straightforward and the unit worked offline right out of the box
• No monthly fees, which I appreciated—just the one-time cost and you're good to go

• Accommodates up to 400 employees, which is overkill for some, but nice to have
