You can view the attendance details of the employees and generate statistical reports. The report for all the employees appears one by one.

Recommendation for Registering a Face

When registering a face, maintain a distance of 40cm to 80cm between the device and the face.
Be careful not to change your facial expression. (smiling face, drawn face, wink, etc.)
Be careful not to cover the eyes or eyebrows.
Do not wear hats, masks, sunglasses, or eyeglasses.
Be careful not to display two faces on the screen. Register one person at a time.

Improve The Quality of Fingerprint Reads

Always use clean fingers, avoid angled or tilted finger positions for enrollment.
Put your finger belly completely in the middle of the reader.
Do not slide the finger while enrolling it. Put some pressure for 1 second and it will show you the result.
A dry fingerprint would be hard to be recognized, pls panting breathe on your fingerprint to moist it. Then it will be easier to verify.
Note: Please tear off the protective film before use

To enroll the card, press M/OK, The interface to enroll the card number will be displayed as shown below:

T9 Mode

The T9 mode allows you to enter the Uppercase, Lowercase, and Special characters in the text input fields. You can enter the alphabets and special characters by pressing one keystroke per letter.

We punch out for lunch, meaning we have a minimum of 4 punches a day (in, out, in out). The other clock we tried only showed the first and last punch on the report, but this one clearly shows each punch as well as a daily total.

This time clock is simple enough to use but is not robust as far as capabilities. You are not able to pre-program schedules, etc. so you cannot specify acceptable start of shift, etc. so if someone clocks in early, their time starts then. if a manual punch is added in error, it cannot be deleted. The app is rather cumbersome and requires you to continually look for a user, rather than holding that information from one punch to the next for one employee. .. Small frustrations that make paper entries seem easier. I wish I had had more time to notice these things before the return window closed.

I have tested 7 different time clocks trying to find one that does what I need. This one has it all and makes recording hours super simple.

The flaws I found in other time clocks, including some from NGteco, was they rely on a schedule you need to program. Outside of the schedule they fall apart. Other issues I have found are a poor interface. This one has a Wifi and Ethernet connection along with an app that makes programming it and exporting the data very easy.

The only thing I had trouble with was typing my wifi password. There is a way to set the wifi password with a USB drive, so I did that.

Once set up I used the app to add users and admins. Each user gets a number and a pin for manual entry. I lined everyone's time clock number with their employee number in my payroll service, but this isn't necessary. You can then have each person set their fingerprint and/or face for the biometric reader. The face works, but it is far slower than the fingerprint.

Since this time clock doesn't require a schedule to be set it records the first entry as clocking in and the last as clocking out. You can't clock in, or out, twice in the same minute. That is, after you clock in with your finger, face, or pin, you can't clock out for 1 min. This prevents issues for people who question whether their scan was recorded.

A feature I wish it had was a full screen reference to whether the person is clocking in or out. Like flashing green and giant "in" when clocking in and a red "OUT" when clocking out. With the current firmware it is only a small message on the screen.

The unit is small and can run on 5V 2Amps. This suggests it could run on a USB port to a barrel jack. I will need to test this further, but it gives options to power it over Ethernet by adding a POE ejector in the wall provided bracket.

Accessing the data through the app is simple too. You can export an excel spreadsheet with hours within a preset, or custom, time period.

I got this for free through �鶹�� Vine, but I have spent over a year trying to find a budget friend time clock that records hours in a clear and concise manor. I really like the MB2 as it simplifies things and removes the need for scheduling.

We purchased this time clock for our store to update the way employees clock in and out. The old punch card system was getting dated and we have had to repair the machine several times last year.

This new one makes it so easy to have employees login using their faces, and I get all the data sent through the app to my phone. Our store runs on three shifts, including one that is overnight. I never have to worry about people clocking in and out at the end of their shifts and we pay breaks so I don't track that time.

Overtime is easy to calculate and the best thing out of this machine: No monthly fees. Zero.

It had a battery backup in case of power loss and we have the only admin access so we know it's secure. Even the employees prefer it to the old method.

this is a 4 in one timeclock. this means that it works with fingerprint scan, face ID scan, rfid card scan, and password. the only thing that works is the fingerprint scan and the RFID cards. face recognition and password does not work. Instructions are complicated and its also hard to get unit to link to your phone but with some perseverance it can be done. I am so tired of ordering and returning time clocks that I will keep this one even though I dont think its worth the price. these timeclocks from china are just not dependable and I have already purchased different models with the same results. Someone needs to produce a timeclock that actually works out of the box and is not defective.
