First of all, I have to say that I really trust this brand. The quality of their products is top-notch. I've had good experiences with them in the past and it's a brand my naturopath recommends. I've been taking one scoop of Inositol in the morning for about 2 weeks, and I've already noticed big improvements in my hormonal imbalances. It's been helping my mood tremendously and I feel less sluggish. I've struggled with these issues for a long time so it's really encouraging to see something that's actually making a difference! Highly recommend this product

    Out of all the supplements I’ve been taking lately, this one was surprisingly easy to enjoy. It doesn’t have a strong flavour—just a mild sweetness. It mixed in seamlessly with my morning matcha or afternoon tea. I usually don’t enjoy overly sweet things, so this was the perfect way to lightly sweeten my matcha without relying on any added sweeteners or syrups.

    I don’t drink coffee so I haven’t tested on that but I imagine it should be fine, and unlike other supplements I’ve tried, this one didn’t have any artificial aftertaste. As for the benefits, I can’t say for certain yet, but based on my research, it appears safe to take both before and after conception. It also came recommended by my naturopath, which is one of the main reasons I decided to try it.
