The product is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap at all.
it fits the Quest 2 perfectly and I had it installed and ready to go within 10 seconds of opening the box.
The padding is soft and thick so it is very comfortable in that regard, and adjusting the strap is all done with a very simple knob at the back.

The only issue I have with the fit is that the top strap is one solid piece that only pivots. No other adjustment of the top strap is possible, but it feels a little shallow so the whole thing sits slightly too high on my head.
I have to tighten it to the point where it is almost uncomfortable to stop it from popping off my head, and if I don't find a sweet spot it starts to give me a headache.
My wife has a smaller head and doesn't have this issue, so it isn't really a problem with the product as much as it is my massive dome... but if the top strap was adjustable, I think it would solve the problem for me and my fellow megaminds and this would have been a 5 star product.

If you have a normal human sized skull, you won't be disappointed with this product.

This is a well made, well thought out product. The fit is perfect, putting the weight of the Quest 2 on the top of your head instead of on your cheeks. With the original strap I would get deep pressure marks on my scalp and cheeks. Pressure-burning pain on the back of my head, cheeks and scalp are gone with this product.
This product also stops the headset from sliding down your face and causing focus issues.
Turning the adjustment knob on the back of this is so satisfying. It makes this soft clicking sound. You're able to secure it so well to your head, you could probably do a handstand and it wouldn't fall off.
The soft pillows are the only thing that come into contact with your skin, and let me tell you, it is the softest coolest material I have felt on an "on head" electronic device.
So many companies are just putting out products to take advantage of this emerging market. This product isn't one of those, this is 'the' device that Meta should sell with every one of their headsets. The difference between the VR experience of what comes in the box and this product is hell and heaven.
If you have the Meta head strap and you're on the fence about this product, don't be. Get it. It's worth it.
