Something wrong with the NAC supplement from Now
This product was fine when I received it but after a few month some black dots started to appear on the capsules. There is better brand if you want to use NAC. I use Now brand supplements and I think it’s a good company but their NAC recipe has something wrong or might be contaminated. Looks like moldy.

    I have pretty bad chronic picking and wanted to try this to see if it worked. It did for the first few uses but stopped afterward. However, I notice a very strong relaxation feeling from taking these. I tend to only have 1 pill every other day because I feel significantly different when I take them but I feel this depends on your own body chemistry. I was taking it every morning but I like the effect of taking it before bed. I find you definitely feel it in your breathing and chest as it regulates mucus production so that was a plus. I noticed eye tremors happening more frequently since taking them almost like when you have too much caffeine but it doesn't bother me too much. I don't take it every day again so im not sure if I am feeling the full force of the benefits??? Nonetheless I really like taking it every now and then when I am feeling overwhelmed or have had a stressful day. Would recommend giving it a try for sure :)

    I have asthma with really bad mucus plugs and regular mucus thinners do not work (musonex) I did a bunch of research and found that nac reduces mucus plugs in some people. Well... i can say first hand that it does for me!! it probably saved my life! Not even kidding here. I have been taking it for 5 days now and it is giving me back my life. I can finally after two years take a full breath and actually walk without loosing my breath. The only medication that worked was prednisone and it’s extremely hard on your body and the doctors did not want to put me on it full time but it was heading that way. I am very grateful I found this. It may not work for everyone but so far for me it’s really helping. Not 100% yet but it is getting better every day. For me this is a miracle product.

    I ordered this NAC because of the higher dosage capsules than I had before.
    NOW's 600mg were definitely better. So after researching, I took up to 5 capsules a day to get rid of all the chesty cough with mucus...(where the heck did all that come from???)
    I have been Healthy as a Klingon Targ for DECADES!!

    NOW's NAC is fantastic...so I am continuing to take 1-2 daily to stay 28 and Holding!
