  • Before You Buy: Mysa works only with high/line voltage electric in-floor heating systems from 120–240 V. It does not support hydronic or water-based setups. Mysa includes a built-in Class A GFCI protector (5 mA) for worry-free use in kitchens or bathrooms, and it’s not compatible with Class B GFCI protectors.
  • Electrical, GFCI & Sensor Support: Mysa supports loads up to 16 A (1900 W at 120 V or 3800 W at 240 V). It features Class A GFCI protection and comes with a 10 kΩ floor sensor (5 m/16 ft in length). Mysa also works with sensor probes rated 5 kΩ–40 kΩ for accurate temperature readings.
  • Replace Any Existing Electric In-Floor Thermostat: Mysa can retrofit with most brands of in-floor thermostats, so you can easily upgrade your existing setup. Using the Mysa app, you can configure the thermostat to work with various probe types to ensure precise floor temperature control.
  • Install With Confidence: Mysa’s easy-to-follow, step-by-step video guidance and expert Support team make installation a breeze. If you’re unsure about wiring, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
