    I give this a 3 star review because you are unable to taste this when you make it in a shake, so it is flavorless, however it made me extremely bloated. This could have been due to when I had it... I'll update my review if I find that having it in the morning is more effective than having it at night time

    Never have I had a more true to label experience with a powder. When they say unflavored, they mean it. I would highly recommend you mix this with something other than milk since it'll just make it uh... thicker, but not in a milkshake kinda way, more like a "Maybe this stuff is expired..." kinda way.

    MyProtein has always been the purest form of whey that I could find and this is no exception, it's only hase 1 or 2 grams of carbs and 21g of protein, so if you're looking for an upgrade from the Walmart stock, this is about the best you can get IMO.

    Outside a warehouse buying option, it's about the best value you can get as well.

    However, honestly, I only got this because it was slightly cheaper than the flavored variants and I was just kinda curious what unflavored would taste like. Overall, though it is quality, I would highly recommend paying a bit more and getting a flavor, saving like 4 bucks was not worth it.

    Bodybuilding since I was 19. I’ve tried a lot of different powders and Muscle Tech Phase 8 and BSN Syntha-6 were my favorites. MyProtein Impact Whey is now hands down my #1 most favorite ever. Brownies are my kryptonite and the chocolate brownie flavor is my post workout fix - it’s soo delicious. This protein mixes very well and is easy to digest as well (doesn’t make me bloated like other cheap powders) I usually start with 4oz if water then a scoop of this and all I need to do is swirl my cup around a little bit and it all mixes together without any lumps! Easy to mix and easy to digest. I really can’t say enough great things about this stuff and with the 5.5lbs bag providing 100 servings the price is unbeatable. AAA Midwest Sellers LLC are standup guys as well. There was a mistake on my order and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Buy this protein and buy it from them. Yeah buddy!

    I ordered the cookies and cream by accident and the ingredients are terrible and it spikes my blood sugar like crazy, but on the upside it's also hard on the tummy. Stay away from that stuff guys--get the unflavored and just add whatever you desire. Hate to toss it but it does more harm than good.

    The unflavored is great though.
