I stand on my feet all day when I am working, sometimes for 10+ hours a day and the only time I sit is during break time or lunch. I also have to wear steel toed boots during those shifts which can be pretty uncomfortable on my feet. So I really really like this ball for helping to relieve some of the tension in my feet after my long shifts. This is a 3-in-1 type ball that can be used as one round ball, two half balls and then of course the little ball in the middle. The spikey ball feels great on my feet to help massage the tension away, I actually was quite surprised with how well I liked it. The Ball stays together securely and it was easy for me to get it apart by stepping on it as the instructions specified. I really like this product, if you have foot pain or anything this may help to ease some of the pressure you are feeling.

    I bought two, one for me and one as a gift for my friend who has tight shoulder muscles. and I showed the different ways to use this ball, my friend loves it. It helps to release the pain and when the ball opens into two parts, put them on the floor, then step on them, I can watch a movie and then do a foot massage. If you do the exercises recommended with it daily in the morning and evening and progress to the foot strength, you will see results.     Way easier to use than a ball as it splits in two. The tiny ball on the inside is ideal for arches or the outside of the foot. It's very sturdy. A bit pricey I think, and if you can't afford it there are alternatives but I recommend this product as I think for the foot it might be one of the best options on the market.

    I had bunion surgery about 6 months ago. The bunion is gone, but my foot still hasn't fully recovered/adjusted. My trainer recommended I try this ball to loosen up the tendons and ligaments in my foot.
