    I had used myoinositol before but not this one. I never had a problem before but using this delayed my period in luteal phase which is very unusual. because I track ovulation, ovulation happened, I also had regular symptoms post ovulation. in the meantime I started this. And when i was supoosed to have my period the PMS symptoms subsided without period. Pregnancy tests being negative. And Now I am 14 days late on my period and having spotting with no periods. I am soo frustrated on this medicine. I read on reddit that other people also had similar cases like me on this. (not the exact brand). I have nothing against this brand and I am not here to mess up their rating but I am just giving an honest review. I wish I had known this before. Will go back to my regular brand of inositol. never had any issues with that.

    Edit: wanted to add an update that the company reached out and was very kind to issue a refund even though I said it wasn't necessary as I had still used the product. While I do think the labelling is misleading, it does seem the company is reputable and their customer service is quite kind, so I've updated my review to 3 stars to reflect that.

    The advertisement on the front of the bottle is not at all what I was expecting. The pull may me 2000mg, but there are only actually 500mg of the inositol in it, so you need 4 of these pills for it to be effective. The rest of the pill is just filled with brown rice flour for some reason. Would definitely not buy again

    Okay so I have irregular periods. But I’ve been taking this since June 4th. I literally got my period 9 days later. Haven’t had a period since January. I was also spotting for months and it stopped after taking this. So far this has worked. I know meds work differently for everyone but so far so good for me at least. It hasn’t affected my sleep or energy. Only thing I notice is it does make me pee a lot. Idk maybe just me. Hopefully it continues to work! Will update.
