  • It is recommended to choose special essential oils for diffusers. Rattan essential oil/perfume is not applicable to our machine.

  • This diffuser is a waterless diffuser. Please do not add water to the essential oil to dilute it, it may cause no fragrance to be emitted.

  • There is a connection screw and HVAC hose included in the package. Install the screw into the mist outlet of the diffuser. Then simply connect the screw to the fresh air system with the air conditioning hose.

  • Please send us your problems by text, of course pictures and videos are better. Our technical staff will assist you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
