I want to become a sprout farmer now.
Really fun growing these. They came out beautifully and so yummy on a bacon tomato sprout sandwich. TIPS: get a fine mesh or cheese cloth for growing them in the start as the small seeds slip out of the lid that I have in the attached pic (switched to that lid a day or so in) , really rinse them well to keep them fresh and from mold happening. Tilt the can so water drains and fresh air gets in. Keep in the dark because the sunshine turns them green which gives them more of a bitter flavour. The paler they are the tastier! Try it on soup, sandwiches, salads, in a chicken wrap. Sprouts have so much nutrition you won’t need a morning vitamin anymore hehe! Highly recommend :)
