    My water was starting to get a little bit cloudy after we had so many insane amounts of thunderstorms and I wanted to do a full shock. My pool is about 4000 gallons and I ended up using about 70% of the package at night because you never use this when sunlight out because it will completely evaporate And stop the process from working properly. Within two days the pool was crystal clear and I was very happy especially for the price. I mean it’s a bit expensive considering it’s one package but the fact that I don’t really have to use Too often made it worthwhile

    So I have an 8ft Bestway pool (the one with the inflatable top edge). I happened to notice the bottom of the pool was starting to feel a bit slimyish. I called the Pool supply company as I was unsure about how much to use in such a small pool. I ended up using maybe 1/3 of the bag. I scattered it into the pool covered it and left it for a day or 2. When I went to use it the water was nice and the bottom was no longer slimyish. I do recommend it.
