I was unsure whether to buy this steering wheel station for my laptop based on some of the reviews but I thought I'd take a chance and I'm happy I did. I've only used it for my steering wheel, not hung off of the back headrest. And for my purposes it works great. Fits on my F150 and another truck I tried it on. It's a perfect size for my Surface Pro. For a laptop it would be nice if it had something a bit more grippy so that it doesn't slip off. The plastic does feel kind of cheap, but it's sturdy enough. It's very easy to adjust and there's no issue for space between this and my seat. The panel that slides out works well for a mouse.
My back feels a whole lot better since I started using this. Would definitely recommend for a smaller laptop, maybe not anything bigger than 15"

I spend a lot of time in my car waiting for my kids to finish their various activities. I will often pack my laptop up with me to do some work but finding a convenient workspace can be difficult. The ElfAnt tray gives me a work surface that is easy to set up.

The tray is small, best suited for a tablet, but in a pinch, it will support my 15.6-inch laptop. It hooks onto the steering wheel and can be adjusted to suit your preferences. When using it on your steering wheel there is not much room to work, I have to slide my seat all the way back to work comfortably. If hooking it onto your steering wheel does not work the clips can be swapped out and it can hook to the headrest of the seat.

There is a sliding tray that can be used to hold small items.

The tray should be removed when the car is in motion in case of an accident. The tray is large and bulky when not and use.

Overall I find this tray a bit small for using it with my laptop but it is great for working in the car when using it as a writing table or for a place use rest my phone or tablet.

it's much sturdier than the ones that hang off the bottom of the steering wheel. Those ones just fall right off
BUT, and this isn't their fault ..it's a great idea... On Theory...but I rarely use it. A time of purchase I was doing a lot of estimates and writing in the car. Of course now I'm not doing so much. It's more of a pain to try to eat with it it could just be the shape of the Honda pilot that I have.
if you need to use it to write for example estimates or look up things, it would be great for you, instead of leaning over to your center console this is definitely worth it but I've used it twice in a few months and I'm worried that the bottom piece that snaps out so you can fold it down flat is going to break after pry it out with a screwdriver and snap it back in so far so good though. thank you!

Wir alle verbringen recht viel Zeit im Auto, sei es als Pendler oder Vertreter. Eine Multifunktionsablage
kam mir daher wie gerufen, da ich oft nicht weiss wo ich mein Brötchen etc. ablegen soll.

Über das was denn geliefert wurde war ich doch sehr überrascht und nicht im positiven. Ein Brett aus dünnem Kunststoff an einem Metallbügel befestigt, sowie 4 überdimensionierte Kunststoff-Haken, mit denen man das Gebilde irgendwie befestigen können soll.

Ich habe es nach viel herumstellen auf mein Lenkrad (Ford Transit) klemmen können, theoretisch könnte man diese Ablage zum Essen nutzen, aber leider nur im Stillstand. Zum schreiben ist die Halterung nicht ausgelegt, zu dünn und instabil. Die Befestigungsmöglichkeiten sind mit den beiliegenden Haken sehr unflexibel.

Auf den hinteren Sitzen allerdings kann diese Ablage für hinten sitzende Kinder eine Möglichkeit darstellen. Gerade ausgezogen ganz brauchbar. Ich habe mein 15“ MacBook Pro versucht darauf abzulegen, das hat leider nicht viel länger als für ein Symbolfoto gehalten. Für ein leichtes 2kg Notebook ist die Ablage nicht nur aufgrund der Größe, vor allem aber wegen der Instabilität ungeeignet.

Die Ablage lässt sich so einstellen, das man sie einklappen kann, denn steht sie nicht mehr vor.

Ich habe mir lange eine Multifunktionsablage gewünscht, leider ist diese Ablage dafür nur sehr begrenzt einsetzbar,
was zum Großteil an der primitiven Befestigung mit riesigen Haken liegt, aber auch an der doch sehr minderwertigen Qualität.

Auch wenn ich den Preis betrachte, hätte ich deutlich mehr Quallität erwartet. Ich kann der Ablage gerade noch 3 Sterne geben.

Es würde mich freuen wenn ihnen meine ehrliche Rezension gefallen hat.
