COMPATIBILITY: Our sound bar mount is suitable for most sound bars up to 20 lbs. It is universal for most sound bar with holes/ without holes, and fits most TVs up to 800x400mm. This sound bar bracket fits most fixed, tilt, full motion TV mount.
FLEXIBLE HOLDER: The adjustable base holder extends 6.06"and retracts back to 3.44" for fitting different widths of sound bars, compatible with Sonos, Samsung, Yamaha and Vizio sound bars.
SOLID LOCKING MECHANISM: The sound bar TV wall mount applies the safety bolts to lock the extendable holder, with special material on the bracket to ensure the sound bar not waggle.
EASY INSTALLATION: Decent instruction and necessary hardware are included. Sound bar can be installed with one horizontal bar if shorter than 34’’ and TV VESA less than 400x400mm.

A solid 4 star sound bar mount for the TV.

My biggest complaint over this, and the reason for the 1-star deduction from the rating, is that it assumes the backs of all TVs are flat which is not the case at all anymore. For the LCD/Plasma generation of TVs this was true, but the LED/OLED/QLED/whatever comes next TVs the majority of the TV's processing components are at the bottom which normally includes a 0.75-1.5" bump at the bottom. Given that the TV mounting bars are flat it takes some creative manoeuvering to mount the sound bar mount to the back of the TV. It doesn't come with decent selection of screws or spacers so if you don't have a random tool chest of old parts handy, be prepared to run to Home Depot or the like and pickup appropriate spacers and screws. That said if you're the type that enjoys mounting a sound bar above your TV this *should* work fine.

The only other item to consider when purchasing this one is that it is fixed to the angle of the TV. If you have a 15 degree down angle on your TV, then your sound bar will also be fixed on the same angle. I am sure you could bend bars to customize it to your setup. It would have been nice if the sound bar supports had some sort of built in gyro to it to optimize the listening experience (much like surround speaker wall mounts do).

Overall, it's a sturdy mount and works well with my sound bar (Polk Audio S1), and I would recommend it be considered once you've looked at your setup and the back of your TV.

It came with extra bolts - incase you need to swap out the ones in your TV mount, and with extra bolts to attach the soundbar securely to the mount. The soundbar doesn't just sit on the mount, it's screwed in (which is something I thought I'd have to modify a universal mount to do myself). The hardware is all nicely labelled, the instructions are detailed and reasonable, though being universal you may have to adapt a little to your particular setup.

The only thing I felt needed to be added was a rubber pad where the vertical bars contacted the TV, just enough to avoid potential vibrations.
If it's not already clear I'm really impressed with the thought put into this design. It took about 30 minutes to get assembled/installed, with a little back and forth to decide the right height and make sure things are straight before tightening.

I used it with a Samsung HW-M450 soundbar, the 55" Samsung TV above it is held by a 200x200 VESA mount, but again, very adaptable so I don't see a problem using it with other mount and TV sizes. Priced under $50 this is a win.

I have a sound bar I’m happy with but it unfortunately wasn’t designed with mounting holes on the rear. This kit doesn’t need them as it forms a nearly invisible cradle on which the sound bar sits. Conveniently came with a bracket in two pieces. I opted to use just one instead of joining them because of the VESA of my flatscreen is 300x300. A larger screen would likely need both pieces joined to extend the bracket across the back of the Tv. I’ll keep the extra piece for whenever the set gets upgraded.

Lots of fasteners and clear instructions. Simple powder coated metal but feels and looks well made for what it is.
