The only issue I had was that the charging block that came with it doesn’t work. The cord is fine, and luckily I have extra blocks to use anyway but it loses a star for that issue.

    So you get what you pay for I guess. The phone is perfect except as a phone function. The speaker for the phone specifically is horrible. It's always sounding garbled and I can't hear people on the other end. Every call is this way. I needed a phone with a proper phone speaker so I'm choked. The media speaker on the bottom is fine though thankfully. I understand it's refurbished but you can't sell a phone and say it's been tested if the main function of a phone , for PHONE CALLS is in horrible condition. I don't give products low ratings but I'd say 2.5. I gave it a 3 because for the price it's what you have to accept. Changed it because few weeks later it's infuriating how horrible any call is.
