    This is a follow up to a previous review. The phone I was sent was locked to US AT&T. Thought I had found a work around with a company that would unlock it for a fee. The preliminary application cost US$20. I say preliminary, because after the unlocking was approved, they wanted an additional US$86 to unlock the phone, which was basically the cost of the phone (once I did the exchange rate). So, it's going back...along with all the products I purchased to use with said cell phone. All in all, am out about Can$50 and several hours of my time. When I do decide to purchase a new cell phone I will use a reputable dealer and not a Middle Man.
