- Reviewed in Canada on May 30, 2025This is a tub of Creatine Monohydrate. That seems obvious, but that's literally the only ingredient which is a welcome surprise given what some workout supplements have added to increase overall weight of the contents. It's pure, which I appreciate.
Not only that, but it's really important to me that any supplements I take are fully licensed for sale in Canada, which this one is. I ran the NPN (Natural Product Number) through the Health Canada search and it came back matching the item I purchased (which doesn't always happen).
So far this seems like a really solid purchase - there's no strange taste and I feel able to go harder and further during my workouts. I also think I'm getting a bigger pump but that might just be my imagination. I bought this as a test but will definitely purchase another tub when this one runs out!

- Reviewed in Canada on May 22, 2025There's not a whole lot to say about this - I mean, it's Creatine - and if you're buying Creatine, chances are you've been buying it for quite some time. There's a wealth of knowledge out there about why creatine is great, so let's just focus on this particular product.
- Made in Canada
- I checked the NPN number against the Canadian NPN Database (screenshot attached) and it shows they're actively licensed to produce this
- It's Micronized. Creatine Monohydrate sucks at dissolving in water - sometimes it can be very sandy tasting. This particular brand is well micronized - meaning it's a much more fine powder - and mixes well, doesn't taste so much like sand.
- The price per gram is excellent
- It's pure Creatine Monohydrate. There are other type of creatine, but none of them have the same level of research backing them up as Creatine Monohydrate.
So, in a nutshell - this is a great bottle of Canadian made Creatine at a great price - I'll take it!

- Reviewed in Canada on June 5, 2025This is a reasonable deal for half a kilo of creatine monohydrate and I like that these are made locally in Canada. It mixes well with plain water and indeed has no real flavor.
The bottle seems to include all the necessary health/regulatory information on the label, which some of the more sketchy supplements on here do not always have. It arrived well packed and sealed and is a good addition to my short list of daily supplements.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 28, 2025It definitely helped me push harder and last longer during training sessions. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength and endurance which is exactly what I was hoping for.
One thing I really appreciate is how easily it dissolves. It mixes smoothly in my water or protein shakes without any weird grit or aftertaste. Plus, it’s clean - no extra ingredients.
I also felt less wiped out after workouts, which I attribute to the creatine helping my recovery. It’s like my energy bounces back faster and I’m ready to hit the gym again without dragging.
Knowing it’s made in a GMP-certified facility and lab tested gives me confidence in the quality.
Overall, the 500 grams last a long time and give great value. It’s been a solid addition to my routine and I’m seeing real benefits in strength and muscle gains. If you’re serious about your fitness goals, this creatine is worth trying.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 5, 2025I've been using this creatine for a good amount of time now and haven't had any issues with what I was expecting and it’s always nice to mix with my water before going to the gym. It mixes easily with water or shakes, with no clumping that I've seen or strange aftertastes. It's clean, with no fillers, and the container should last quite a while, so it’s definitely a good value. I like creatine being simple and effective without anything extra, and this creatine is that.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 25, 2025This 500g monohydrate creatine is a solid choice for anyone looking to boost their workout performance and muscle recovery. The powder dissolves easily in water or your favorite shake without any gritty texture, making it simple to incorporate into your daily routine.
Creatine monohydrate is well-known for helping increase strength, improve endurance, and support muscle growth, and this product delivers on those benefits effectively. I’ve noticed better workout stamina and quicker recovery since adding it to my regimen.
The 500g size is convenient—enough to last through several weeks of consistent use without feeling bulky or wasteful. The recommended dosage is easy to follow, typically around 3 to 5 grams per day, which this product makes simple to measure and use.
Overall, this creatine offers great value, purity, and effectiveness. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, it’s a dependable supplement to help you reach your fitness goals.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 23, 2025Pleasantly surprised with this Creatine Powder. It is third party tested, which is something I always look for when shopping for supplements. It is a Canadian brand and there are no sweeteners, additives or other fillers. It is a fine powder and I find it dissolves well in water and didn’t have a taste or aftertaste. There are 100 servings in a container so it’s a good value for the money. I enjoy using creatine to support muscle growth and recovery.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 23, 2025NPN is real. Works well so far. I've taken it for about 2 weeks now and I have felt that I could last longer in the gym. I've never tried creatine before, so I'm not sure how exactly it affects my body and therefore this could be placebo.
I mix it with water, there is a very slight yet entirely tolerable bitter taste when drinking. I barely notice it personally in a large bottle.
I will update later if I find anything wrong with it, but cirrently I think it's working out for me.
