In 1912, a 19-year-old entrepreneur named Georges Monin started out selling branded wine and spirits with a horse-drawn cart with the slogan, "A passion for quality". The company he founded has since been driven by this motto.

Plus, state-of-the-art technology is used to develop new products and applications. Always ahead of its time, Monin has created a reputation as the creative beverage.

Native to South America, passion fruit is now cultivated in tropical and warm regions around the world, where it is very popular. So popular, in fact, that the fresh fruit is not always easy to find outside those regions. In Hawaii, passion fruit (referred to as lilikoi on the islands) is often consumed as juice.

    This is an expensive product and can be very sweet if you use too much. It takes a bit of trial and error. It’s very thick and syrupy. You may want to balance the sweetness with lemon or lime juice. Flavour is fantastic. My favourite is mixing this with Hornito’s white tequilla, lime and a splash of Soda.
