· How to maintain:

· Brush butter or oil on the surface ofthe pan, then put into oven in 300 degree Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Then wipe with tissue paper ,Then you can bake normally.

Clean tips:

Thick carbon steel pans with a non-stick surface. It has a turquoise enamel exterior with rolled over edging so no sharp edges.

Just as an FYI, the pans don’t stack onto itself very well without rubbing against the non-stick surface, so I’d recommend placing some parchment paper or something in between if you’re going to be storing them.

Instructions for first use are to wash the pan and then coat with butter and bake for 5mins and wipe off the excess. To bake, add butter and flour to the pan before pouring in the batter.

I tried the pan per their instructions and baked a cake. When complete, it released from the pan fairly quickly, but was this because of the butter & flour?

The sides and bottom had a good golden colour and not burnt (this can happen if the pans are thinner).

Overall, decent set of loaf pans. Will work for breads, cakes or even meat loafs. The non-stick seems to work, but not sure if that was because of the butter and flour. Cleanup was easy with soap and water.

At the time of this review, the pans were priced at $26.52 with an available 20% off coupon.

I had some larger loaf pans but wanted a smaller 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. I saw these MONFISH 2pcs Bread Loaf Pans for Home Baking, Carbon Steel 1lb loaf Tin, Rosemary Green 9x5 inch Non-Stick Bread Pan and decided to order them.

The pans come well packaged in a cardboard box, bubble wrapped, plastic bagged and a plastic sheet between the 2 pans. The pans were in perfect condition when I received them. There are also 2 instruction cards included - one with care and use instructions and one with instructions for non-stick baking tins. The exterior of the tins are finished in an attractive Rosemary Green colour.

I wanted a smaller loaf pan in order to make pound cakes and the 9x5 inch pan is the size for that style of cake. These pans have proven very good and a suitable size for making pound cakes. They have also proved useful for baking bread and meat loaves as well. The pans are made of carbon steel and are non-stick. The non-stick coating is non-Teflon, PTFE & PFOA free. The non-stick coating has proven quite effective and has virtually provided stick free release with everything I have baked in these pans.

The pans have been easy to clean with just soap and water. There has been no need to scrub the pans because there has been no food that has stuck to them.

Overall, these quality 9x5 inch loaf pans have provided reliable even baking results with virtually no sticking and easy releasing of the baked items. Based on my use of these pans I am confident in recommending them.

Priced at $29.47 at the time of this review with a coupon available for a 5% discount.

I was on the hunt for 1lbs bread pans to make bread and banana loaf in.

Coming from using a bread maker, I wanted to bake a loaf of bread in the oven, old school.

These pans were an excellent choice. They are the perfect size and they are well made and coated to prevent sticking.

Although, this pan can be used for other applications, besides baking. However, to date, I have only used them for bread.

I will say this, I was worried about the bread sticking to the pan. After my bread finished, it came out of the pan without any issues. I did treat the pan prior to use, so this could be a factor.

All in all, I really like the quality and results these pans can deliver. Recommended.

These don't warp on me, so I won't warp the review on them. I love these carbon steel pans. They are really strong and I like the color of them. I can't decide between blue or green for my kitchen so I appreciate they decide to blend both for my. Grue is the color of green and blue, and I love my grue loaf pans that I cook meat with. I'm an unusual customer because I don't usually use these to make bread, I use them for meat. I love meat. Sometime I like bread but I don't make good bread.
These are good for everything. As long as your everything is rectangular you will love them.
