    These are the most comfortable earplugs that I have used in the last 15 years. I must have tried over two dozens different model and brand, and I don't need to look for anything else now. I used Peltor Next for a few years prior to these, and while they worked, they would often hurt my ears. I think I might have small ear canals, and every brand I tried would eventually cause pain. These do not, I wear them to sleep, and I wear them during the day(migraines and headaches), and I never experience discomfort or pain. I can usually wear a single pair for a week or two before replacing them.

    As for the noise reduction itself, these are rated NRR-33 which is the highest that you can have with earplugs. If you suffer from headaches, migraines, or need quiet time to study or meditate, these are great.

    These are our new go to ear plugs. Tried so many kinds with ear pain being the common issue. These do not hurt even though it feels like they would over longer duration of wearing them. They are a little long however the issues is easily resolved with a pair of scissors. Not the best we have ever used but the best even when compared to Mack's (I have tried all of their ear plugs) and any others I have tried so far.

    I got a sample of Pura-Fit earplug and they blocked the sound perfectly. It was the best earplug I had tried, so I ordered a box of 200 pairs, but now the earplug from the box block almost no sound. I can’t find why this is the case. Maybe the foam or the shape is little bit different from the sample, but I can’t tell. So I have an useless box of 199 pairs that I can’t return. Fortunately 鶹 accepted to refund the article.

    these work very well, fit nicely and actually suppress most noise extremely well, much better than others I had bought in the past, namely workhorse brand (homedepot that claim 33dba protection and have recently made much shorter and not as puffy dimension so effectively are useless) or 3m TEKK that while work a bit better then the mentioned workhorse ones (that used to work decently well till they cheaped out on per unit bt increased cost to end use >:(...) either way, these work much better than many I have used, i.e work the way that they should, so while price may be a bit higher than others, at least IMHO they are worth spending that bit extra, because they work.

    These are very comfortable in my ear (sorry I can't speak for your ear) I noticed one of the negative reviews about these being too soft, although, in my opinion, they are good BECAUSE they are soft and less dense. Sure they aren't 100% Sound proof blocking but they are enough for me to fall asleep in when there can be some noise outside my window. Also, their softness is what makes them more comfortable in my opinon. If you don't like em, send em to me instead of the landfill :)

    For the past ten years, I have been using Hearos Ultimate Softness NRR 32 earplugs. They were excellent in shutting out unwanted sounds and noise - I live in an old apartment building with some energetic & night-owl neighbours - super-comfortable to wear and very well priced.
    Until I ordered a refill, and noticed they had been redesigned. The new EZ Grip that Hearos had come up with, felt very soft and foamy, with an extended part that protruded from my ears - not really comfortable when laying on your side. And the worst part: they did not shut out noise and sounds the way the former flat back earplugs did. I felt horrified!

    I did two things: write to Hearos about their new nightmare product. And instantly went searching for alternative brands with mostly 5 star reviews. That's when I found the Moldex 6800 Pura-Fit earplugs. It felt like a bit of a gamble, given that you can only buy these in 200 pairs. But I was desperate to have an alternative. Thankfully, I still had some Hearos earplugs left.

    When the Moldex earplugs arrived, I tried them immediately. I noticed that they were a bit bigger, and the material felt a little harder than Hearos. This made me worried they might be painful to use on a daily basis. It was a bit getting used to. You can squeeze and roll them tight, and because the material is a little more sturdy, it takes a bit longer before they expand inside your ear. But once inserted, they feel perfect and the noise reduction is even better than Hearos. Moldex has an NRR 33, which is definitely noticeable.
    I did have to try out my alarm clock volume to see if I could still hear it well. My clock radio is set to classical music, and I can hear it faintly but well and wake up to it.

    I am sorry to have had to leave Hearos. And if they would come back with their old design - which I heard they are planning to - I would want to return to them as having been a happy customer for such a long time (I was able to get a complete refund for the EZ Grip disappointment).
    But I am so, so glad that I was able to find Moldex. And with their 200 pair box, I will be provided with silent nights for the coming three to four years. These earplugs keep functioning well and remain clean for at least one week, sometimes even longer.

    As a last remark for people with snoring partners: Moldex might actually be a better solution, with their highly effective NRR 33 noise reduction level.
