Got this mouth guard to help with preventing teeth grinding while sleeping. Ensure you follow the instructions to get this to mould properly. My first attempt didn’t work and I ruined the mould. Overall this mould gets the job done!

    The best soak time is 170 deg. for 13 seconds. Use a candy thermometer to be precise. Also a trick I developed was to immerse the mouth guard already on the wooden spatula to prevent distorting it while trying to get it out of the water. You just have to lift out the spatula and put the guard immediately in your mouth. Forget the 3 second waiting time...it's not that hot. Cooler than a hot coffee. I find it forms better in your mouth. Dentist wanted $1,200.00 for a similar mouth guard. Got this one for under $20.00.

    Not as good as one from the dentist.
    It doesn't cling onto teeth, so if one opens their mouth, it falls out.
    The bottom cushioning is not that thick, so they are not good for heavy grinding/clenching.

    Still, good for the price, and when they accumulate minerals and deteriorate, just put in garbage and mold a fresh one.
